It is a living piece of Australian history. Going there and learning the reasons that Prince Leonard started his own principality are far different from what the press portrays. And the battle with the government continues after 50 years

Such a interesting place to visit, and such an interesting chapter in Australian political history. You need time to understand how the Principality arose and the fight that it has been since. Engrossing story that will absorb a few hours of your day. One wonders about the future, but if you get a chance it is so well worth a visit.
